discrimination in hiring, promotions, retrenchments, firings, layoffs
(for example:
an employer's responses to your application,
a supervisor's evident attitudes and treatment of older workers on the
jobsite, performance evaluatons and events leading to termination.
Types of jobs available to people over
age 55
Government-funded older workers programs.
Evident attitudes and responses of your
federal,
state and local elected representatives about these
concerns.
